Allure Kids Kouture is an online boutique established in 2013. The online boutique was founded by two Florida born sisters, Alicia Loney-Hawkins and Anise Loney-Walker, who had a dream and passion for high fashion but at a great price. The sisters believe children should be able to express themselves through their clothing without compromising their parent's budget. The boutique also pride itself in customer satisfaction.
